NOT ACTUALLY LIKE WINDOWS
This links to a .sb3 file meaning on the HTML, it is not a .exe, or a .zip file. Only is a HTML file that linked me to a Scratch HTML. Do not think this is actually Windows because it is a Scratch HTML file. Sorry for the inconvenience!
